A Health and Welfare Lasting Power of Attorney invites you to appoint attorneys who can make decisions about day to day care, diet and medical treatments in the event you are unable yourself. You continue to make decisions and give instructions whilst you are capable of doing so, your attorneys step in when you can’t. This type of Lasting Power of Attorney can be vital where you have strong feelings about certain treatments.
