Cost is not the most important consideration when choosing your solicitor, but it is an important one nevertheless. This area of the website tells you a little more about how I work this out with you.
No obligation initial meeting
Sometimes we put off taking advice because we are worried about the cost of it or what is involved. I do my best to make sure that cost is not a barrier to clients seeking help and this starts with offering a no obligation meeting where options and costs can be explored.
What costs information can you expect from me?
Costs and timescales are outlined to you at an early stage. Costs and planning for that cost is a commitment we both make to one another.
Even if we are not sure what is involved with your matter initially because we need to do some investigation, we will agree a price structure for that initial work. I pride myself on my commitment to price transparency.
Fixed Fees
The majority of the work I do for clients is fixed fee, with the exception of some occasions where this is not possible. I prefer to work on this basis and I find that a fixed fee allows you to budget and plan ahead for the cost of the your legal work with me.
Where a fixed fee is offered, we will consider together whether any circumstances may arise that causes more work. Again, even where this situation arises we will discuss it first.
How much will it cost?
Although every case is unique, it’s always helpful to have a guide as to how much something may cost. Select a service below to see more detailed information and estimates that a client may typically receive.
