Emily Littlehales qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She studied her law degree at the University of Liverpool before attending Law School at the College of Law in Christleton. Keen to continue her education she subsequently gained a Masters in Legal Practice.
Emily’s background is as a General Practitioner. Emily has assisted client’s with a variety of legal matters to include their litigation, landlord and tenant issues, making Wills, Trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney’s, Commercial and Residential Property transactions, Business advice and Divorce.
Emily enjoyed the diversity offered by general practice which now allows her to approach her specialisms with a broad understanding of the law in different areas.
In her spare time Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating out, travel and photography. Her passion is running and she runs several half marathon events throughout the year to raise money for charity and to keep fit.
I was with my previous firm for 10 years where I was given the opportunity to learn that being a good solicitor goes beyond the law. A good solicitor should be approachable and loyal whilst also providing a clear and strategic plan for your legal journey. The working relationship I have with my clients requires mutual trust. Getting to know my clients and their background plays a large part in the satisfaction and enjoyment I get from my job. It also helps me to guide them properly and get to know and achieve their objectives.
